We want you to be happy with NotientAI. This policy explains when refunds are issued and how to request one.
1. 7-day free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is authorised but not charged until day 8. You can cancel any time during the trial from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription and you will not be billed at all.
2. After the trial
Once the trial ends, NotientAI bills your plan monthly. If you cancel mid-cycle:
- Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- The current cycle is not refunded automatically (you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for).
3. 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge
If you are billed for the first time (i.e. the first monthly charge after your trial) and you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that charge, no questions asked.
This guarantee applies only once per customer and only to the first monthly invoice. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.
4. Annual plans
We do not currently offer annual billing. If we introduce annual plans in the future, a prorated refund will be offered for the unused portion within 30 days of purchase.
5. Agency & custom plans
Refunds on Agency or custom-priced contracts are governed by the individual order form or master service agreement signed at the time of purchase.
6. Non-refundable items
- Add-on usage charges (e.g. overage on the notification quota, if introduced).
- Charges incurred more than 14 days ago.
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.
7. How to request a refund
Email hello@notientai.com from the email address on the account. Include:
- The invoice ID (visible at Dashboard → Billing → Invoices)
- A short explanation of why you'd like a refund
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via Dodo Payments after approval. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve issues directly within a day. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the permanent suspension of your account.
